GVSIF requests information to review applications and contact applicants. Give only the information necessary for your request.
The foundation must publish its approved privacy policy before public launch. Data retention periods and the privacy contact are not yet specified.
When online giving is available, payments are processed on Paystack. GVSIF keeps your email, chosen name if provided, donation amount, selected cause and payment reference for confirmation and administration. Card numbers, payment PINs and CVVs are not collected by this website. Choosing to keep your name private does not make payment processing anonymous; no donor names or emails are shown in public fundraising totals.
The application form asks for permission to review your information and contact you.
Permission to review a request does not permit publication of your story, image, or case details.
Medical support and scholarship forms each have a separate optional choice for public use of a story, image, or case details.
An application does not guarantee medical assistance, a scholarship, or a volunteer position.
